Warranty Information

 

Buyer agrees to Eternal Lighting Warranty when making a purchase. Under no circumstances is it allowed for the buyer to attempt to repair or open the product, as this will VOID the Warranty. Buyer should visually inspect and test function within 48 Hours of shipment delivery and notify Eternal Lighting Company right away if any problems are found. After the purchase buyer has 1 year (unless otherwise indicated) Limited warranty against manufacture defect. The Eternal Lighting Limited Warranty is not transferable. If the light cannot be repaired we will replace the light. Buyer is responsible for obtaining a RMA# (Repair Material Authorization Number) from Eternal Lighting by phone and the buyer is responsible for paying the shipping cost to Eternal Lighting the light for warranty consideration. If we determine that the malfunction or defect is caused in shipping we will need to file a claim with the shipping company and this process can take up to 4 weeks for a response from the shipping company. Eternal Lighting is not responsible for sending overnight shipping to replace any fixture to meet any deadline. After we receive the fixture and determine the problem is caused due to manufacturing defect we will repair, and send back to you with no cost for the return shipping to you.

For warranty service & non-warranty repair, you must obtain a Repair Material Authorization Number  (RMA#) before sending back the product. Please call Eternal Lighting during normal business hours. The Phone number is 1-888-930-5337 ext 102. You must have product with you when calling in and be prepared to give serial number over phone.

This warranty is void if the serial number has been altered or removed; if the product is modified in any manner that Eternal Lighting concludes, after inspection, affects the reliability of the product; if the product has been repaired or serviced by anyone other than the Eternal Lighting factory unless prior written authorization was issued to purchaser by Eternal Lighting; if the product is damaged because not properly maintained.


Eternal Lighting Company is Located in Houston, Texas. Business Hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Central Standard Time. For Technical Support and Customer Service you can contact us at 1-888-930-5337 ext 102 during our normal business hours.  You may submit questions 24 Hours a day and those emails will be responded to within 1 business day. Once a Warranty repair item is received our standard time to process the repair is 2 Weeks. Under some circumstances it could be longer if parts for repair are out of stock. We do our best to ensure all parts are in stock to repair each product. In the case of a discontinued item the parts may or may not be available and could take up to 90 Days or more for repair. In the case of products that are past warranty validity or no longer qualify for warranty the repair charges are based on $60.00 per Hour (Minimum $40.00 Bench Charge for less than 1 hour) Per fixture, plus cost of parts and related shipping costs. The warranty does not cover the cost of shipping the item back to ETERNAL LIGHTING for repair.

This warranty does not apply to bulbs, music, software, fuses, antenna, firmware, triacs, relays, cleaning or adjustments, elimination of static or other electrical or magnetic interferences or the labor cost of removal or installation. Under no circumstances will Eternal Lighting be liable for any expenses incurred by reason of use or sale of this product. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular use or otherwise. This warranty gives you specific legal rights which may vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to you.


Eternal Lighting reserves the right to make design changes and/or improvements upon its products without any obligation to include these changes in any products theretofore manufactured.

This is not a service contract, and this warranty does not include maintenance, cleaning or periodic checkup. During the period specified below, Eternal Lighting will replace defective parts at its expense with new or refurbished parts, and will absorb all expenses for warranty service and repair labor by reason of defects in material or workmanship. The sole responsibility of Eternal Lighting under this warranty shall be limited to the repair of the product, or replacement thereof, including parts, at the sole discretion of Eternal Lighting.

LED Products - 1 Year Warranty (Warranty does not include damge to LEDs caused by mishandling or misuse)
Laser Products - 1 Year Warranty (Warranty on Power Supplys only 6 months)
Non DMX Products - 2 Year Warranty (Warranty on Power Supplys only 6 months)
Case Products - 1 Year Warranty (Warranty does not include damage cause not related to manufacturing defect)
